in response to SAHM of 3...Thank you. My only issue with that is my 4 year old. I can't be on the phone at all without him right there in my ears. You know what I mean?

Thank you so much for posting this. I will check it out today. I have been looking in the local ads and they always want you to click on a link and them pay money for the advice to work from home. Have a wonderful day!
The most important thing we can do in times of need is to keep positive and to pray. To me, sometimes it is much more meaningful to recieve words of encouragement. I would like to start this group in order to send out positive messages. Today's message is this . . .

I am sorry that it takes so long for these things to get processed. I am 34 and for the first time in my life I am unemployed. They tell me it will take 5-6 weeks before I will be approved or denied. In this case, I am going to expect the worst and hope for the best. This way I will not be let down if it is approved.
If I can come accross anything for your girls for Christmas I will get in contact with you. Please try to stay positive and stay strong.
From here on out, I will remain optimisitic. Now that does not mean I won't worry, but as the saying goes . . . What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger!
I hope that everyone on this page is able to hold your head up high. It is so easy to become discouraged, but we have to do this for our children because they are the most important thing in our lives and we have to show them that we won't give up no matter what!
I am 34 years old and for the first time ever I am unemployed. I have three beautiful children and worry about supporting them so much. I am very close to having my home foreclosed and I don't know what I will do if that happens. The most important thing to me is feeding my kids and them having a Christmas. I am so embarrassed about asking for help, but I have always helped others when they were in need. Can anyone please give me any type of resources to look into? I will be meeting with the Department of Human Services next week. I can't sleep and I can't eat and I don't want my children to catch on to my anxiety. Please help!
